Please read ALL of the information below, if you are interested in commissioning me. You must agree to these terms before I can work with you!

 

Payment

You have a week to send the payment after I have completed your art piece. It must all be paid at once and before the week is over. You will not receive the finished artwork until I have received the payment in full. Failure to do this will result in you being blacklisted from any future commissions, adopts, raffles, or events by me.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your commission, you must let me know within 3 days of requesting a commission from me. Otherwise, I still expect payment and will blacklist you upon failure to pay.

Upon cancelling a commission, you will be refunded if you have already sent the payment.

If I need to cancel your commission, you will be refunded, and I will notify you why your commission was cancelled.

 

Work in Progress Pictures

I will send work in progress pictures of the sketch. I will not continue to work on your piece until it is approved. You may request more work in progress pictures, but I can not always guarantee them.

 

Commercial Use

My artwork may not be used for commercial use of any kind without telling me beforehand. A fee will be charged, since you will be making profit off of my work. You are not allowed to trace, copy, or alter my artwork for your own profit.

 

Revisions

I will make any revisions within reason, however I will not change anything in the sketch after it has been approved by you. When I send the work in progress image, that is your time to tell me anything you would like changed. Don’t be shy! If there are any changes after the piece is finished, I will correct it to the best of my ability.

 

Credit

My watermark will be on every art piece I create. You will not receive a version without it, but my watermark doesn’t get in the way of the piece. When reposting my artwork on DeviantART, Instagram, Toyhou.se, Furaffinity, or Amino, I ask that you link back, tag, or mention me. My username is pvppycreep on all of those social media platforms. If posting elsewhere, please link to another social media or at least credit my username.

 

Blacklist

Blacklisted users will be publicly posted here.
